The Season of Grace

She is old.  Wise.  Generous.  She is full of life.

As days get darker, we feel glum.  We loose some of our cheer,  the pump in our step.

She knows this and gives something beautiful.

When we see her, our eyes brighten.  She reminds us of life.

Days seem to turn into night.

She begins to drift into a deep sleep, dropping her leaves with grace.
